Kennel Attendant (full time & part time positions available)
$14-$18/hr DOQ
Job Description
Attitude is everything here. If you have dog handling experience, love cleaning, organizing and want to work with dogs in a calm, relaxed environment- let’s talk! Our facility is focused on developing and maintaining an environment of calm, confident energy. We don’t like calling it a “job” because the right person will never feel like this is a “job” it’s a calling…a dream job for the right person. If you want to learn to work with dogs at the most basic and instinctual level, please reach out. You must have experience being around dogs (not your own). For example: You have worked/volunteered in Dog Daycare, Vet office, shelter, kennel, grooming shop…etc.
You must be physically fit and able to be on your feet, walking, stretching, reaching, and moving throughout the day. If you aren’t in to cleaning or organizing this is not the job for you- keeping our dog suites clean and our work areas organized is important. All positions require some weekend and holiday shifts. We operate 365 days a year and we are a team. We do what we can to help each other and most importantly…give the best level of care possible to the dogs that we work with.
